Muriel Pletts
Muriel Pletts (born February 23, 1931 in Bradford , married Hearnshaw ) is a former British sprinter .
At the Olympic Games in London in 1948 , she was fourth with the 4-by-100-meter relay .
Her daughter Susan Hearnshaw was successful as a long jumper .
