Mutio, Passadore & Co. was a Uruguayan manufacturer of automobiles .

Company history

Jorge Mutio and Albérico Passadore founded the company in Montevideo in 1962 . They started producing automobiles with the support of the Carmeta company . The brand name was MP , which corresponded to their initials. Production ended in 1964. A total of about 70 or 100 vehicles were built.

The only model was a two-door sedan . The engine came from Panhard . The air-cooled two - cylinder boxer engine with a displacement of 848 cm³ developed 42  hp .
