Mychajliwka ( Ukrainian Михайлівка ; Russian Михайловка Michailowka , Romanian Mîhailivka ) is a village in the south of the Ukrainian Oblast Vinnytsia with about 1100 inhabitants (2001).

The village, first mentioned in writing at the beginning of the 18th century, is the only place in the district council of the same name in the southwest of Jampil Rajon . The Ukrainian writer Mychajlo Kozjubynskyj worked as a teacher in the village in 1886. The Assumption Church in the village was built from wood in 1776 and its bell tower from stone. In 1846 the wooden church was replaced by a church building made of stone.

The village is located opposite the Moldovan border town of Cremenciug on the bank of the Dniester , 18 km west of the Jampil district center and about 150 km south of the Vinnytsia oblast center .

The territorial road T-02-02 runs east of Mychajliwka .
