Myles Pollard (born November 4, 1972 in Perth , Australia ) is an Australian actor.

Life

After graduating from high school, he began studying communication sciences and graduated successfully. After that, however, he decided to become an actor and began a three-year course at the National Institute of Dramatic Art .

He gained his first experience with small roles on Australian television and a tour with a Shakespeare drama company before he got the male lead of Nick Ryan in the successful Australian series McLeod's Daughters in 2001 .

In 2003 Myles Pollard was nominated for a Logie Award (Silver Logie) for his role in McLeod's Daughters .

At the end of October 2006 he married his long-time girlfriend Brigitta Wuthe. At the end of 2007 he and his wife had a son.
