The NRTL Oecusse (P101) is a speedboat of the East Timorese Defense Forces , named after the East Timorese exclave Oe-Cusse Ambeno . Together with its sister boat, the NRTL Atauro , it formed the country's first naval units and is stationed at the Hera naval base . The Oecusse was built in 1974 in the Arsenal do Alfeite near Almada / Portugal as the first boat of the Albatroz class for the Portuguese Navy and put into service as NRP Albatroz (P 1162) on December 9 of the same year. At the end of the 1990s, the Portuguese Navy began to replace the Albatroz class with the Argos and Centauro classes . In January 2002 the Albatroz and the Açor were handed over to East Timor, making them the first ever naval units. Other boats of the Albatroz class are the decommissioned Andorinha, Condor, Águia and Cisne .

In 2008 the Atauro and the Oecusse were overhauled in Indonesia, but in 2019 the two boats were in such poor condition that they had to be put ashore.
