The Nachtdigital was a music festival for Techno , House and Electronica , which for the first time in August 1998 on the grounds of the school land home Olganitz in Cavertitz OT Olganitz was performed.

The festival was planned by a crew of around 20 and carried out by around 200 helpers. From 2007 the festival was limited to around 3000 visitors and should be kept so informal. For example, no accreditations have been issued.

In the history of the festival, DJs and artists such as Move D , DJ Koze , Ricardo Villalobos , Dixon , James Holden , Michael Mayer , Mathias Kaden , Stephan Bodzin , Die Vögel or Brandt Brauer Frick have appeared, Daniel Stefanik and Manamana have shaped that Festival influenced.

The night digital was extremely popular in the scene, so for 2013 the tickets were sold out within 2.5 hours. In 2010 the time to the sale was 6 days, in 2011 it was only 6 hours. In 2015 the festival was sold out after just 2 minutes. In the recent history of the festival, however, tickets are no longer sold out as quickly.

The festival took place for the last time in August 2019.

From November 13th to 15th, 2015, a sister festival called Nachtiville was held in De Eemhof in the Netherlands, which is to be reissued in Weißenhäuser Strand from 2021 .
