Nadeschda Konstantinovna Muravyova ( Russian: Надежда Константиновна Муравьёва ; born June 30, 1980 in Bratsk , Soviet Union ) is a former Russian handball player . Her body length is 1.86 m.

Muravjowa, who played for the Russian club GK Lada Tolyatti (shirt number 8) and ran for the Russian national team, was mostly used in the right backcourt .

Nadezhda Muravyova made her debut in 1996 for AKVA Volgograd in the Russian first division. There she won the Russian championship in 1999, 2000 and 2001. When she was only runner-up in 2002, she switched to the new master GK Lada Tolyatti. With the women from the Autostadt, she won the Russian championship in 2003, 2004 and 2005. Then she missed the entire 2005/06 season due to a baby break. After her return she moved into the final of the EHF Champions League in 2007 . In 2012 and 2014 she won the EHF Cup with Lada . After the 2014/15 season, she ended her career.

Nadezhda Muravyova has played over 100 international matches for the Russian national team . With Russia she was world champion in Italy in 2001, France in 2007 and China in 2009 ; she won bronze at the European Women's Handball Championship in 2000 . She missed the 2005 World Cup in her own country and the 2006 European Championship in Sweden due to a baby break. At the European Championships in 2008 she again won the bronze medal and was also chosen as the best defender of the tournament. In the summer of 2012 she takes part in the Olympic Games in London .
