Nadine Kraus (born February 14, 1988 in Weiden in the Upper Palatinate ) is a German women's soccer player .

Career

The midfielder went through the F and D youth of TSV Pressath and the C youth of the male juniors of TUS / DJK Grafenwoehr . In the Bayernliga she played 13 games (1156 minutes) for SC Regensburg and scored six goals. In the first game, she scored the leading goal against SpVgg Hausen . During her season for 1. FC Saarbrücken , she played 40 games in which she scored seven goals. At SG Essen-Schönebeck , Nadine played 35 games and scored one goal - against her former club 1. FC Saarbrücken. From the 2011/12 season to the 2013/14 season , Kraus played for the Bundesliga club FF USV Jena . In the summer of 2013, Kraus ended her senior career due to her work as a fitness trainer and since then has played as a stand-by professional for the reserve of USV Jena, which plays in the 2nd Bundesliga North. In January 2015 she turned her back on FF USV Jena and moved to VfL Bochum .

Kraus passed her Abitur at the Elly-Heuss Gymnasium in Weiden in the Upper Palatinate . In the summer of 2013, she successfully completed her Bachelor of Arts in sports science at the Friedrich Schiller University in Jena . She now works as a trainer and course leader in the "Injoy" gym. She also gives tennis lessons and is the coach of the football summer school. Kraus is in possession of the C trainer license .

Private

In her youth she played tennis at club level for TSV Pressath (1991-2000) and for the TC Grün-Rot Weiden (2002-2003). In addition, Kraus learned ballet at the Weiden dance school from 1991 to 2004 and was part of the athletics team at TSV Pressath until 2007.
