Nahirne ( Ukrainian Нагірне ; Russian Нагорное Nagornoje , Polish Ulbarów ) is a village in the south of the Ukrainian Oblast Rivne with about 220 inhabitants (2001).
The village was called Ulbariw ( Ульбарів ) until 1960 . It lies at an altitude of 233 m and has an area of 1.26 km². Nahirne has a train station on the Lviv – Sdolbuniw railway line and administratively belongs to the Oseryany district in the northeast of Dubno district . The village is located 30 km northeast of the Dubno district center and 28 km southwest of the Oblast capital Rivne .
Personalities
On April 16, 1926, the art historian Borys Vosnyzkyj was born in the village .
