The Namibia Jukskei , formerly Namibia Jukskei Board is the governing body of the Namibian Jukskei -Sports. The association is a member of the International Jukskei Federation ( English International Jukskei Federation ) and recognized by the Namibian Sports Commission ( Namibia Sports Commission ).
Juskei has been played in Namibia since 1941 almost exclusively by the Boers who speak Africa . The sport is particularly common in Windhoek and Henties Bay .
The association works closely with the Horseshoes players from the USA .
Regional associations
The Juskei Council is divided into three regional associations, North, South and Central.
In addition to tournaments and leagues in the regional associations, joint, nationwide tournaments are held in which numerous leisure teams take part. The biggest tournaments are "Jukskei Sageliga" in Windhoek (2009 with 20 participating teams and 80 players) and "Noorde Opedag" (2009 with 33 teams and 133 players from 13 clubs).
Central
The “Central Jukskei Region” ( Afrikaans Sentraal Juskei Streek ) is the largest regional association with almost 100 members. There are five clubs here : Auas (near Windhoek), Gobabis (in Gobabis ), NDF (in Windhoek), Olympus (in Windhoek) and Vintage (in Windhoek).
In the 2008/09 season Auas was champions in the Sentraal Club League .
north
There are five clubs in the "Jukskei North Region" (African Noorde Jukskei Streek ):

- Noerdgrens
- Otavi ( Otavi )
- Otjiwarongo ( Otjiwarongo )
west
In the "Jukskei West Region" (African Weste Jukskei Streek ) there are four clubs:
- Henties Bay (in Henties Bay )
- Omaruru ( Omaruru )
- Swakopmund ( Swakopmund )
- Walvis Bay ( Walvis Bay )
