Natalie Hagel (born August 20, 1985 in Novokuznetsk , Soviet Union ) is a German handball player .

The 1.77 meter tall goalkeeper , who played for various Bremen clubs in her youth, has been under contract with Bayer 04 Leverkusen since 2012 after engagements at HSG Blomberg-Lippe and Kickers Sindelfingen and plays in the Bundesliga . She ended her career in summer 2015. From the 2015/16 season she led goalkeeper training at Bayer 04 Leverkusen together with Andreas Thiel . Since the 2017/18 season she has been in charge of goalkeeping training at TV Beyeröhde .

She played three games for the German national team , making her international debut on October 13, 2006 in Hamm against the Netherlands.
