Natalja Pavlovna Arzybaschewa ( Russian: Наталья Павловна Арцыбашева ; born July 14, 1978 in Peshcherka in Leningrad Oblast , Soviet Union ) is a former Russian summer biathlete .

Natalja Arzybaschewa won her first medal at the Summer Biathlon World Championships in 2002 in Jablonec nad Nisou , where she won the relay race with Raissa Matwejewa , Olesja Fedossejewa and Lyubow Jermolajewa . At the World Championships 2003 she won in Forni Avoltri on the side of Inna Kasimowa , Oksana Neupokojewa and Tatiana Moissejewa in the relay race behind the representation of Belarus won the silver medal. She finished sixth in the sprint, fifth in the pursuit race and eighth in the mass start competition. Also at the 2004 World Championships in Osrblie Arzybaschewa won the silver medal behind the Belarusians on the side of Lyubov Yermolajewa, Anna Sotnikowa and Oksana Neupokojewa and was also fifth in the sprint and pursuit and 13th in the mass start race.

From 1997 to 2003 she studied in Saint Petersburg at the Academy of Sports Sciences. After retiring, Arzybaschewa started a career as a referee and worked at the technical center in Saint Petersburg.
