Nature ( Korean 네이처 , stylized spelling NATURE ) is a South Korean girl group that was founded by n.CH Entertainment in 2018. Nature made its debut on August 3, 2018 with the single Allegro Cantabile ( 너의 곁 으로 ) . The group's official fan club name is Leaf .

history

On June 21, 2018, n.CH Entertainment announced the founding of a nine-member girl group called Nature. The group's members are from South Korea, Japan and China and the debut is scheduled for August 2018.

Nature debuted on August 3, 2018 with the single Allegro Cantabile ( 기분 좋아 ) , but only with eight. Yeolmae had left the group shortly before the debut for reasons unknown. The music video was therefore cut at short notice, but Yeolmae can still be seen at some points in the video.

At the end of August 2018, the group started their "Pop Cover Project". In the following weeks, Nature published five videos with cover songs on Youtube ( Walk Like an Egyptian by The Bangles , My Sharona by The Knack , Shut Up and Let Me Go by The Ting Tings , Rhythm Nation by Janet Jackson and Kiss by Prince ) . All songs were sung by the group with the original text and provided with a dance choreography.

On October 31, 2018, Loha was introduced as a new member of the group. Three weeks later, on November 22nd, the new song Some (You'll Be Mine) was released along with the single album Some & Love . In January 2019, Nature released a music video for the song Dream About U , which is also featured on Some & Love .

n.CH Entertainment announced the release of Nature's first mini-album on June 24, 2019. It also said that Gaga will not be part of this comeback because she is currently concentrating on her schooling in China. I'm So Pretty was released on July 10, 2019 together with the single of the same name.

On October 8th, n.CH Entertainment announced Gaga's departure from the group. At the same time, Kim So-hee (known for her participation in the first season of the casting show Produce 101 and as a solo artist) was introduced as a new member. It also said that Nature is preparing for its comeback in November 2019. On November 12, 2019, the group released the EP Nature World: Code A together with the single Oopsie (My Bad) , but without Aurora, which is currently in China.
