Naughton is a village in Civil Parish Nedging-with-Naughton in District Babergh in the county of Suffolk , England. Naughton is 4 miles from Hadleigh . In 1931 it had a population of 98 inhabitants. Due to an ordinance issued in November 1934, Naughton was merged with the neighboring Nedging to the west on April 1, 1935 to form the new Parish Nedging-with-Naughton. The parish church is dedicated to Saint Mary.
