Naujan

Naujan is a municipality in the province of Oriental Mindoro, Philippines . It has 102,998 inhabitants (August 1, 2015 census). Parts of the community are located in Lake Naujan National Park and on its southwestern border is Mount Halcon , the highest mountain on Mindoro Island . The community is located at the eastern entrance to Isla Verde Strait , which is considered a hot spot of marine biodiversity in the Philippines and worldwide.
