Nausen is a district of the municipality of Karwitz in the joint municipality of Elbtalaue in the Lüchow-Dannenberg district in Lower Saxony .
geography
The place borders on Karwitz to the northwest, the seat of the municipality is north of the federal highway 191 .
history
For the year 1848 it is stated that Nausen had seven residential buildings in which 73 people lived. At the time the place was parish to Hitzacker , the school was in Lenzen. On December 1, 1910, Nausen in the Dannenberg district had 85 inhabitants. On July 1, 1972, Nausen was incorporated into the Karwitz community.
