Ndidi-Silvia Agwunedu (born January 4, 2000 ) is a German handball player who is under contract with the German first division club HSG Blomberg-Lippe .

Life

Ndidi Agwunedu began her sporting career at TuS Brake in her home town of Bielefeld-Brake . She has been part of the Westphalian selection since 2014. From the 2015/16 season she played in the B-Jugend of HSG Blomberg-Lippe. In order to better bring school and sport together, she moved to the handball boarding school in Blomberg in 2017 and attended the Hermann-Vöchting-Gymnasium there , where she graduated from high school in summer 2019. After Franziska Müller's retirement due to injury , Agwunedu was already used in some first-team games in the 2018/19 season, and she will be part of the regular squad from the 2019/20 season.

Agwunedu was part of the German team at the U-18 Women's Handball World Championship in 2018 and the U-19 European Women's Handball Championship in 2019 .
