Neaira (mistress of Helios)
Neaira ( Greek Νέαιρα , from νέος , the boy, the freshness) is a nymph and lover of Helios in Greek mythology , with whom she had the nymphs Lampetia and Phaëtusa as children . She sent her children to Thrinakia to tend and graze the 350 sheep and cattle of Helios. Presumably she was a daughter of Oceanus .
Following a different tradition, however, Rhode was the mother of the two nymphs Lampetie and Phaëtusa.
