Necati Şaşmaz

Muhammed Necati Şaşmaz (born December 15, 1971 in Sivrice , Elazığ ) is a Turkish actor . He became known for the role of Polat Alemdar in the series Valley of the Wolves and the accompanying films.

Life

Necati is the son of Abdulkadir Şaşmaz. The brothers' father and grandfather were sheikhs of the Qadiriyya order.

Necati Şaşmaz's actual profession was in the tourism industry . He finished his professional training in Canada . Necati Şaşmaz lived in the USA for six years with a green card . He did his military service in 28 days. After visiting his family in Turkey in 2001, he flew back to the USA on September 11, 2001. But because of the terrorist attacks on the same day, his plane had to return. Giving in to his parents' insistence, he decided not to return to the United States.

When he decided to live his life in Turkey from now on, he opened an insurance office. A little later he met with the producer Osman Sınav in Istanbul . Necati Şaşmaz assumed that he would receive an offer for a place on a production team. Instead, Osman Sınav offered him the lead role in a new series. Necati Şaşmaz asked for time to consider and accepted the role a month later. The series runs successfully with interruptions and has also produced several feature films. Necati Şaşmaz said that he was only called by his name in Ankara , but everyone in Istanbul called him Polat.

In 2012 he married Nagehan Kaşıkçı.
