Negligence is a Slovenian thrash metal band from Ljubljana , which was founded in 2000.
history
The band was formed in 2000 by guitarists Dyz and Jey Master. After a demo was released, bassist Lipnik and drummer Ruzz joined the band. The first concerts followed, whereby the group consisted of four members and did not yet have a singer until Lenz joined the group in 2003. By 2005 the band released three demos with this line-up. In addition, the band held a national tour, where they also opened the Metal Camp . In 2005 Lenz left the band and was replaced by 15-year-old Alex. The group then went to the studio and released their debut album Options of a Trapped Mind in 2007 . This was followed by appearances with Exodus , Forbidden , Heathen , Sadus and Death Angel . Then the band went to the studio to record their second album. While the album was being mixed up, guitarist Dyz left the band. In addition, the band reached a contract with Metal Blade Records and was the first band from the Balkans to sign a contract with this label. Aljo joined the line-up as the new guitarist. The album Coordinates of Confusion was released in autumn 2010 via Metal Blade Records. The publication was followed by various appearances, including concerts with Artillery in Poland .
