Neil Harvey (born April 16, 1959 in London ) is a former English squash player and current squash trainer.

Career

Neil Harvey was mainly active as a squash player in the 1980s and in January 1988 he reached 17th place in the world rankings.

With the England team he took in 1987 at the World Cup in part. The team finished the tournament in third place. At European Championships he won the title with the national team in 1984 and 1987. Between 1982 and 1988 Neil Harvey was four times in the main draw of the individual world championship. His best performance was reaching the quarter-finals in 1987 . He was clearly defeated by Rodney Martin in three sentences. In 1988 he was British runner- up behind Paul Carter .

After his active career, he started to work as a squash trainer. He trained Peter Nicol , Mohd Azlan Iskandar and Laurens Jan Anjema, among others . Under his responsibility, England became world champions in 1995 .
