action

Monika digs up the unhappily deceased Robert ( necromantic ) to satisfy her pleasure in his already slightly decayed body. A day later, Monika has already cleaned the corpse, she is approached and invited in the cinema by Mark, whose girlfriend has transferred him. From the happy coincidence love grows and both become a couple. Torn between her love for Robert and Mark, Monika ultimately decides for the living. She only keeps Robert's severed penis and head. After a first night together, Mark finds the remains of Robert. Mark, who has asked a friend for advice, decides to surprise Monika with a pizza. Some of her friends are already visiting and are watching an animal snuff documentary about the killing and evisceration of seals . Disgusted by the scenes, Mark leaves; but later he lets himself be lured back to the film's finale in Monika's apartment. While both are reconciled during sex, Monika Mark cuts off the head with a handsaw in order to then fetch Robert's already severely decayed head and put it in its place. The penis of Mark's body is tied with cable ties to prevent the blood from flowing back from the erectile tissue . On this stabilized basis, Monika finally rides to orgasm in order to fall asleep satisfied next to the dead chimera .

Reviews

“Jörg Buttgereit spreads a total calm in his film and sometimes has really long sequences, but they are still quite atmospheric. "NEKROMANTIK" is [...] art of the first quality. "

"NEKRomantik 2 comes made with a greater sense of professionalism in the production and a greater command of the medium on the part of Buttgereit. But it is also a sequel that, while it tries valiantly, also stands in the shadow of its predecessor. "

“The film was quickly targeted by German censors and youth activists. There was a threat of confiscation by the German state, which could only be prevented by the trick of officially selling the film as an "art film". Buttgereit wasn't happy with that, since it wasn't supposed to be an art film, but nothing else was possible. And shortening the film was out of the question for him .. "
