Neptune is a seaside resort on the Romanian Black Sea coast . It is located a few kilometers south of Constanța and north of the city of Mangalia , which is incorporated into Neptune.
In the summer months, many people cavort on the beach during the day. In the evening and night, most of the time takes place on the main street, where there are many restaurants. There is a train connection to Constanța and south to Mangalia just before the Bulgarian border. The Neptun train stop is also the Olimp stop , also a seaside resort.
