The Nether Beck is a river in the Lake District , Cumbria , England . The Nether Beck arises as an outflow of the Scoat Tarn on the western flank of the Red Pike and flows in a south-easterly direction up to its mouth the Wast Water See.
The incision in its course separates the ridge formed by Red Pike and Yewbarrow in its east from the ridge formed by Seatallan and Middle Fell in its west.
