Häder is a district of the Dinkelscherben market in the Swabian district of Augsburg . The two villages Neuhäder and Schempach also belong to Häder . The district has 503 inhabitants, around 85 of whom live in Schempach.
The place is in the Augsburg-Westliche Forests nature park .
history
Häder is considered to be the oldest settlement in Reischenau and was certainly built before 1000 AD. The place was first mentioned as "Haerder" in 1177 in a document from Pope Alexander III. .
From 1862 to 1929 Häder belonged to the district office of Zusmarshausen and from 1929 to the district office of Augsburg , which from 1939 was called the district of Augsburg .
From 1818 to April 30, 1978, Häder was a politically independent municipality. On May 1, 1978 it was incorporated into the Dinkelscherben market.
