It is located in the historic Quedlinburg Neustadt on the west side of the Neustädter Kirchhof, north of a narrow entrance to Pölkenstrasse and is listed as a residential building in the Quedlinburg Monument Register.
Architecture and history
The small two-storey half - timbered house was built around 1700. On the half-timbered there are typical decorations such as pyramid beam heads and profiled filler wood .
Around the beginning of the 21st century, a dormer was added on the northern half of the roof. The building serves as a holiday home .
