It is located in the historic Quedlinburger Neustadt on the west side of the Neustädter Kirchhofs and is registered in the Quedlinburg monument register as a residential building. To the east of the house is the St. Nicholas Church .
Architecture and history
The two-story half - timbered house consists of two parts of the building. The older part dates from 1700 and has pyramid beam heads and profiled filler wood as decorative elements on its framework . An inscription LZM refers to the carpenter LZM as the builder. On the younger part there is an inscription dating the building to 1730.
