Architecture and history
The large three-storey half-timbered house with its gables oriented towards the New Town Cemetery. It was initially built as a two-storey building, probably around 1620. The decorations include an unusual shape of a ship's throat and notched rosettes . Around 1840 the second floor was added to the house. It is believed that the door and windows were also replaced during this renovation.
Currently (as of 2014) the building is empty and needs renovation.
