New Richmond is a city in the MRC Bonaventure in the southeast of the Canadian province of Québec .
It is located at the mouth of the Petite rivière Cascapédia in the Baie des Chaleurs on the south coast of the Gaspésie Peninsula. 5 km west of New Richmond reaches cascapédia river to the Gulf of Saint Lawrence . The Route 132 passes over the coast of New Richmond.
