Ngiratkel Etpison (born May 3, 1925 , † August 1, 1997 ) was a Palaui politician .

Etpison founded the NECO organization in 1945 and later made a name for himself as a prominent businessman in his country. He was also active in the tourism industry: in 1984 he founded the Palau Pacific Resort . He was appointed fourth head of state of Palau on January 1, 1989 (if you ignore the acting government of Remengesau Sr. ). Etpison held this office for one term until he handed over his office to Kuniwo Nakamura on January 1, 1993 , who held it until January 1, 2001.
