Nick Stöpler (born November 22, 1990 in Woerden ) is a former Dutch cyclist who primarily competed in races on the track .

Athletic career

In 2006 and 2007 Nick Stöpler was the Dutch champion in the two-man team driving of the juniors, together with Michael Vingerling , in the single pursuit he finished second in 2006. In 2008 he became Dutch vice-champion in the two-man team driving of the elite with Vingerling. In 2010 he was third in the two-man team driving with Peter Schep at the 2010/11 Track Cycling World Cup in Melbourne . In 2011, he and Jesper Mørkøv won the UIV Cup, the junior competition for six-day drivers , at the Berlin six-day race . In the same year he took second place in the points race and third in the two-man team race at the European Rail Championships (U23) in Saint Petersburg , together with Yoeri Havik . Also in 2011, he and Havik won the six days in Tilburg , and he became national champions in points. In 2016 he and Melvin van Zijl won the Dutch championship in two-man team driving. Nick Stöpler then ended his cycling career.

Stöpler's brother Bob was also active as a cyclist until 2007.
