Nicky Cook
Nicky Cook (* 13. September 1979 in Stepney , London , England ) is a former boxer in the super featherweight division .
professional
On December 12, 1998 he successfully made his professional debut against his compatriot Sean Grant with a classic knockout win in the first round. In May 2003 he won the Commonwealth Belt and in March 2004 the European Championship . In addition, the British championship was added in 2005 .
On September 6, 2008, he competed against Alex Arthur for the WBO World Championship and won by unanimous decision. However, he lost the belt the following year against Román Martínez by technical knockout in the 4th round.
