Nicolai Rohde

Nicolai Rohde (* 1966 in Bremen ) is a German film director .

Life

Nicolai Rohde initially studied at the Bremen University of the Arts until 1995 , followed by a one-year stay at the Vienna Film Academy . He then studied directing at the Babelsberg Film University Konrad Wolf . The first short films were made here.

He worked on the script for his graduation film Between Day and Night (with Richy Müller and Nicolette Krebitz ). This film was nominated for the Max Ophüls Prize in 2004. The cinema co-production 10 Seconds from 2008 focused on the consequences of the plane collision in Überlingen . Other works were crime series or films such as Last Trace Berlin , Tatort or Polizeiruf 110 .
