Nicolas De Toth
Nicolas De Toth (born August 14, 1960 in Rome , Italy ) is an American film editor .
Life
Born in Rome in the early 1960s, the son of Hollywood director André De Toth worked as an assistant editor from 1991. As such, it was involved in productions as diverse as Eye of the Storm (1991), Universal Soldier (1992) and Im Netz der Spider (2001) into the 2000s .
In 1993 he wrote and directed the film The Ride . So far this has been his only foray into directing.
The film comedy Dirk and Betty and Der 200 Jahre Mann from 1999 were his first productions in which he was involved as an independent editor. More than a dozen other films followed, around half of which fall into the action film genre.
