Nicolaus heirs
Nicolaus Erben (* around 1532 in Höxter ; † February 1586 in Erfurt ) was an Evangelical Lutheran theologian and general superintendent of Alfeld .
Life
From 1557 Nicolaus Erben was pastor in Steinthaleben , from 1558 in Jechaburg and from 1563 at St. Kiliani in Höxter . In 1564 he acquired a master's degree from the University of Marburg . In 1569 he took up the first pastorate in Alfeld ( St. Nicolai ). The leadership of the General Diocese of Alfeld , created in the same year, was connected with this. From 1574 Erben was pastor in Creuzburg an der Werra, from 1576 until his death at the Predigerkirche in Erfurt.
