The Nidfurner Turm is a mountain peak in the Glärnisch massif . It is located in the Swiss canton of Glarus , northwest of Nidfurn as an advanced high plateau on the Glärnisch.
Despite the very low notch height - it only rises a good 30 meters above the deepest point of the glacier (tendency rising) - it stands a striking 1200 meters above the Oberblegisee and 2100 meters above the main valley, which brings it up from the valley to the higher Schwandergrat and also the towers above the nameless highest point of the Glärnisch massif.
