Nikolai Trussow ( Russian: Николай Трусов ) is a former Soviet ski jumper .

Career

Trussow made his international debut at the Four Hills Tournament in 1955/56 . After failing to take part in the opening event in Oberstdorf , he successfully started the New Year's event on the Great Olympic Hill in Garmisch-Partenkirchen . After two good jumps he reached 18th place. Despite this good placement, he broke off the tour after this one jump. In the overall ranking he reached the 39th place with 203 points, tied with Christer Karlsson .

In his second and last Four Hills Tournament in 1956/57 he only started in Innsbruck on the Bergiselschanze and in Garmisch-Partenkirchen. He achieved his only top 10 result on the Olympic hill with sixth place. In the overall ranking he reached 44th place with 413.3 points.
