Nikolaos Tzoufras ( Greek Νικόλαος Τζούφρας , born January 4, 1987 in Veria ) is a handball player from Greece who plays for the second division club Eintracht Hildesheim . The Greek, who is 1.85 meters tall and weighs 98 kilograms, is deployed in the circular position.

Nikolaos Tzoufras played until 2011 with AC Filippos Verias in the 1st division of Greece and from 2011 to 2013 with HF Springe in the 3rd division in Germany; At the beginning of the 2013/2014 season he moved to Eintracht Hildesheim, where he signed a two-year contract. With his Greek club he played in the EHF Cup several times (2004, 2005, 2006, 2010).

For the Greek men's national handball team , he completed 38 international matches .
