Nikolina Kovačič (born April 30, 1986 in Rijeka , Yugoslavia ) is a Croatian volleyball player .

Career

Kovačič started her career in her hometown at ZOK Rijeka. From 2005 to 2007 she won the national cup three times in a row with the club. In 2007 and 2008 Rijeka became Croatian champions. The outside attacker moved from Croatia to the German Bundesliga club 1. VC Wiesbaden . She later played for the Italian club Infotel Forlì and Oxidoc Palma before she was signed by the Swiss first division club VBC Voléro Zurich . In 2011 Kovačič made his debut in the Croatian national team . In the same year she played again for ZOK Rijeka. At the end of January 2012, she moved to Bundesliga club VfB 91 Suhl . In 2012/13 Kovačič played for league rivals Alemannia Aachen . Then she moved to the Turkish second division Rota Koleji Gazi Gençlik.
