Ninel Feodorovna Kuznetsova

Ninel Fjodorovna Kuznetsova ( Russian: Нинель Фёдоровна Кузнецова ; born December 9, 1927 in Tashkent , Uzbekistan ; † November 27, 2010 in Moscow ) was a Russian or Soviet lawyer, legal scholar, criminologist , professor at Moscow University (MGU), and a professor at Moscow University (MGU) Founders of modern Russian criminology .

Life

Kuznetsova grew up in the family of a military pilot. After graduating from high school in 1945, she was admitted to study without entrance exams, and from 1950 she studied law at Moscow University. Then she studied in the aspirant and received her doctorate in 1953 on the subject of criminal responsibility. In 1968 she completed her habilitation on the subject of criminology “ crime and crime ”. From 1953 she taught as an assistant, lecturer, professor at the chair of criminal law and criminology at the Law Faculty of Lomonosov University (MGU) in Moscow . From 1985 to 1999 she was head of the chair.

She was also deputy of the Council of People's Deputies of 15 years Rajons Moscow.
