Nishikawa ( Japanese 西川 町 , - machi ) was a community in Nishikambara County , Niigata Prefecture , Japan . It was incorporated into the city of Niigata in March 2005 .
Nishikawa City Hall is now the seat of the Nishikan-ku District Administration .
