Noémie Freckhaus (born August 27, 1988 in Strasbourg ) is a French soccer player .
Soccer
The defender started her career at AS Musau, moved from there to the French first division club FV Vendenheim, before moving to SC Freiburg in the German Bundesliga in 2008 . There she made her debut in the first league game on September 7, 2008 against TSV Crailsheim (final score 0: 3), where she came on for Juliane Maier in the 86th minute . However, she could not prevail at SC Freiburg and moved to the second division club SC Sand in winter 2008/09 . She stayed in Sand until summer 2010, now she returned to Alsace and signed again with FC Vendenheim . At Vendenheim she played five games in the 2010/11 season and rose to the end of the season with the club in the Championnat de France de D1 . After Freckhaus was used in 18 games in the highest French league, she returned to SC Sand at the beginning of the 2012/13 season. With SC Sand, she was promoted to the Bundesliga in the 2013/14 season . After three goalkeepers injured themselves in the first half of the 2014/15 season, Maria Korenčiová , Mallori Lofton-Malachi and Juliane Fuchs, Freckhaus became the substitute goalkeeper behind the new goalkeeper Sabrina Lang . Before that, the trained midfielder played mainly in central defense at SC Sand.
