Noah's Ark is a stop-motion American short film directed by Bill Justice in 1959.
action
Noah is given the task by God to build an ark within seven days , because afterwards he will send torrential rain. Together with his three sons, Noah builds the ark in the given time and then gathers a couple of every animal species on earth on the ship. The rain comes and the ark begins to swim.
The animals soon get bored in the ship and so music is finally made. The animals meet in pairs and dance. The female hippopotamus is jealous because her husband dances with all sorts of females, just not her. Noah knows how to calm her down and reconcile her with her husband. After 40 days and nights the rain subsides. Noah sends a dove that returns with a twig in its beak. The animals and humans fall into each other's arms. From Mount Everest , on which the ark came to a halt, the animals and their young go all over the world.
