Lacey Conner on "Rock of Love"
Rock of Love is an MTV- produced talent show that is all about winning the heart of a rock star (in this case, Bret Michaels of Poison ). In a selection process , one young woman per episode is always filtered out of the 20 participants. The one who remains last wins the heart of the rock star. Lacey Conner took part in Rock Of Love and was only eliminated in the semi-finals. She was also called "The Devil" by her fellow campaigners because some participants accused Lacey of using unfair tricks to pull others off the hook. Lacey's band performed at the reunion show and played a song from their album "Guide to Extinction".
In October 2008 she took part in the Charm School show, where she, along with 13 other contestants from the first and second seasons, competed for the title "Charm School Queen" and $ 50,000. She was eliminated in the final again in third place. The winner was Brandi Mahon, who, like Connor, appeared in the first season of Rock of Love.
