Noh Seon-yeong ( kor. 노선영 ; born October 19, 1989 ) is a South Korean speed skater .

In 2007 Noh won the gold medal in all- around at the speed skating junior world championships in Innsbruck . At the Winter Universiade 2009 she won a silver medal (team pursuit). She won two gold and one silver medal at the 2011 Asian Winter Games in Astana and Almaty . At the 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi , she started over 1500 m and 3000 m, but could not win a medal.

Her brother was the short tracker Noh Jin-kyu († April 3, 2016 ).
