Norbert Gyömbér (born July 3, 1992 in Banská Bystrica ) is a Slovak football player .
Career
society
Gyömbér started his career at MFK Revúca. In 2006 he moved to FK Dukla Banská Bystrica , for whom he made his debut in the Fortuna league in October 2011 . In 2013 he moved to Italy for the first division club Catania Calcio , with whom he was relegated to the third division within two years . In August 2015 he was awarded to the first division club AS Roma , who later signed him permanently. However, since Gyömbér could not prevail, the Roma awarded him several times. First he played with Delfino Pescara in 1936 , shortly afterwards with Terek Grozny . From the summer of 2017 he played on loan at FC Bari 1908 until he switched to AC Perugia Calcio the following summer .
National team
Gyömbér was a U-21 international . He made his debut for the senior team in March 2014 in a friendly against Israel .
At the European Football Championship in France in 2016 , he was included in the Slovak squad. He made his first appearance in the tournament when he was 0-0 in the last group game against England when he was substituted on in the final third. He was on the starting line-up against Germany in the round of 16, which were lost 3-0.
