Danylo "Zeus" Teslenko ( Ukrainian Данило Тесленко ; born October 8, 1987 in Kharkiv , Ukrainian SSR ) is a former Ukrainian e-athlete . He achieved success in the disciplines Counter-Strike 1.6 and Counter-Strike: Global Offensive .

Teslenko first appeared at Clan Arsenal in 2002 . From 2004 to 2007 he played for the pro100 team . The team rose to become one of the most successful clans in the region. Teslenko won several editions of the Asus Cups with pro100 , the field of participants was limited to the region of the Commonwealth of Independent States . Pro100 already represented Ukraine at the World Cyber Games 2005 . In August 2007, Teslenko was signed by Virtus.pro . In addition to other victories at the ASUS Cups , Zeus and his team won the Intel Challenge Cup 2007 . VP was able to relegate top international teams such as Alternate aTTaX or Made in Brazil to the lower places. Teslenko made the final leap to the top of the world after switching to a team that was named Natus Vincere in February 2010 . In March 2010, the new lineup won the fourth World Championship of the ESL Intel Extreme Masters by beating the lineup of fnatic around Patrik "f0rest" Lindberg . More victories at prestigious events followed. Teslenko was celebrated as the winner at both the Electronic Sports World Cup 2010 and the World Cyber Games 2010. Before switching to Counter-Strike: Global Offensive in December 2012, Zeus and Natus Vincere had two more victories at the ESL Intel Extreme Masters events, in addition to several podium places by winning the IEM V - World Championship and the IEM VI - Kiev .

After switching to CS: GO, Zeus did not win a significant tournament in 2013. Teslenko and Natus Vincere only started to improve after a few changes . At the 9th finals of the SLTV StarSeries , Teslenko achieved his first significant victory in a tournament in the discipline Counter-Strike: Global Offensive. At the major tournaments Na'Vi improved steadily in 2014. If Zeus and his team were eliminated in the group stage at EMS One Katowice 2014 , Na'Vi already reached the semi-finals at DreamHack Winter 2014 . In 2015 Teslenko was able to show regular successes at international tournaments. His team won the final of the ESL Pro League Winter 2014/15 against Titan eSports in April of that year and the final of the Electronic Sports World Cup against Cloud 9 in July 2015 . Teslenko showed a special performance as captain of his team in November and December 2015. Natus Vincere achieved second place on the last major of 2015, the DreamHack Cluj-Napoca 2015 . In addition to this final, the team won the IEM X - San Jose that month and reached the final of the offline finals of the ESL ESEA Pro League Season 2 . Teslenko won solely by these three achievements prize money of 30,000 US dollars .
In the first half of 2016 Teslenko collected his last successes with Natus Vincere. Including the final at the MLG Major Championship: Columbus 2016 and the victory at DreamHack Leipzig 2016 . On August 4, 2016, Olexander "s1mple" replaced Kostyliw Teslenko after seven years at Na'Vi.

On October 12, 2016, Gambit Gaming signed Danylo "Zeus" Teslenko for the captaincy. In 2016 Teslenko won the DreamHack Winter 2016 with his new one . After securing the major legend status on the Eleague Major: Atlanta 2017 , Teslenko won the DreamHack Austin 2017 with Gambit in April 2017. There the Ukrainian met the Immortals in the final . Gambit defeated this team, led by Zeus, three months later at the PGL Major in Kraków in the final. Teslenko is the first Ukrainian to win a major tournament. After the dismissal of Gambit coach Mychaylom "Kane" Blahynm, Teslenko moved to Natus Vincere together with Blahynm.
He ended his career as an active player in September 2019.
