Norbert Rier
Norbert Rier (born April 14, 1960 in Kastelruth ) is a South Tyrolean musician who was best known as the singer and front man of the Kastelruther Spatzen .
Career and life
Norbert Rier is a farmer by profession . He has been married to Isabella since 1983 and has four children. He is the uncle of the ski racers Peter Fill and Denise Karbon .
Rier recorded songs with his children: with Marion Che bella la vita , with Anna Mein Papa and I , with Andreas Im Himmel der Sehnsucht and with Alexander Between you and me . On the album Heart wins Heart loses (September 2008) Marion is part of the song Every dream becomes a star . In contrast to his colleagues, he is the only one who has no musical past.
In his spare time, Rier breeds Haflinger horses . In October 2006, Norbert Rier published his autobiography. The album Immer noch wie on the first day was released in October 2010. In 2007 Rier received the Tyrolean Cross of Merit .
