The Nordsteinen ( Norwegian for Nordstein ) is a 1910 m high nunatak in Queen Maud Land, East Antarctica . It rises up between the outpost and the sarcofag as the easternmost elevation of the Fimbulheimen .
Scientists from the Norwegian Polar Institute named it in 1968.
