Normandel is a commune Déléguée in the French community Charencey with 93 inhabitants (as at 1st January 2017) in the department of Orne in the region of Normandy .
With effect from January 1, 2018, Normandel , Moussonvilliers and Saint-Maurice-lès-Charencey formed the Commune nouvelle with the name Charencey. The municipality of Normandel was part of the Arrondissement of Mortagne-au-Perche and the canton of Tourouvre .
